Ticket Redemption Procedure :

1. Ticket exchange is done h-3 before the event. The time and place of redemption will be informed via email.
2. The time and place of redemption are subject to change.
3. Any changes to the terms will only be informed on the official Instagram : @uskfairxvi
4. Show the e-ticket that has been received via email to the officer in the field to scan the QR Code.
5. It is mandatory to show an identity card.
6. If the ticket exchange is represented, it is mandatory to bring a power of attorney or sign of proof on behalf of the buyer.
7. After the QR Code is successfully verified, customers can receive a wristband that will be used to enter the venue.
8. Customers are encouraged to wear masks and follow applicable health protocols.
